Dr Gemma Sharp awarded the Australian Psychological Society Early Career Researcher Award

Our NHMRC Early Career Senior Research Fellow and Clinical Psychologist, Dr Gemma Sharp, has won the national Australian Psychological Society Early Career Researcher Award. Dr Sharp leads the Body Image Research Unit where the team are focused on developing innovative interventions to treat body image issues using novel technologies, including artificial intelligence. The team will be launching a world-first positive body image “chatbot” in November 2020 in collaboration with the Butterfly Foundation. Watch this space!
