$2.4 million to bolster women’s mental health research

 
A highlight for the year for Professor Jayashri Kulkarni AM, MAPrc Director, was securing a $2.4 million NHMRC grant to further her world-leading research into women’s mental health.

Dr Alan Finkel, Australia's Chief Scientist, visits the Alfred Research Alliance

Dr Finkel was accompanied by a delegation of leaders from the eight organisations of the Alliance, and met with several researchers and clinicians, including Prof Kulkarni, Director of MAPrc, as he toured the precinct’s world-leading facilities.
